Mark Heintzelman

Mark Heintzelman is a retired professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the biopharmaceutical industry. They served as Associate Vice President of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi, managing small molecule development and overseeing a team of industry strategists. Prior to this role, Mark held positions including Senior Director in CMC Regulatory Affairs for biotechnology products and Assistant Vice President at Wyeth Biotech. Their career also includes two decades at the FDA, culminating as Deputy Director of the Division of Blood Applications. Mark earned a BS in Biology from Florida State University and both an MS and PhD in Zoology from the University of Maryland.
