Matthew Davison

Matthew Davison is an Associate Director at sanofi-aventis, where they lead the US Biotherapeutics and Protein Science team within the Biological Sciences Department. They previously held positions as Section Head in Protein Production and Analytics and as Assistant Director, focusing on biotherapeutics and protein analysis. Matthew's extensive experience includes serving as a Principal Research Scientist at AstraZeneca and Section Head at Aventis Pharmaceuticals. They completed a Postdoctoral Research Associate role at the University of Leicester, specializing in protein chemistry and biochemistry. Currently, Matthew pursues a Ph.D. in Biochemistry with a focus on protein chemistry at the University of Leeds, where they also obtained a B.Sc.Hons in Biochemistry and Microbiology.
