Melanee Short

Melanee Short is a senior sustainability leader with extensive experience in environmental program development and implementation across multiple sectors. They served as the Head of Sustainability for Global Engineering at Sanofi, leading initiatives to align manufacturing practices with sustainability goals. Melanee has also held positions as Director of Sustainable Infrastructure and Deputy Director of Environment and Sustainability at Sanofi Pasteur, where they successfully reduced waste and water usage while maintaining compliance with environmental standards. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA in Strategic Management from York University's Schulich School of Business, Melanee demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
