Michelle O'Brien

Michelle O'Brien is currently the Audit & Inspection Manager at Sanofi, where they oversee compliance and quality assurance in a leading healthcare environment. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions including Site Lead Auditor at Sanofi and Head of Quality, Risk & Compliance at Sims IVF. Michelle has also gained extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance through roles at Genzyme, where they contributed to the development of standard operating procedures and quality management systems. They began their career with positions in sales and administrative roles, demonstrating strong customer service and organizational skills. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (Hons) from UCC and continues to further their education at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
