Penelope Johnson, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human capital and transformation leader with extensive experience in employee lifecycle management, workforce strategy, and organizational development. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Organization Design & Effectiveness at Sanofi since 2025. Previously, Penelope worked at PwC from 2007 to 2020, holding various leadership roles, including M&A Human Capital Director, where they guided organizations through significant transformation and integration efforts. They also led the human capital function for the CEO Action for Racial Equity initiative, partnering with over 100 organizations to address societal issues. Penelope is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.
