Philip Riesner possesses a diverse background in human resources and business management, with extensive experience across various organizations. Initially trained at EDAG as an Apprenticeship Industrial Management Assistant, Philip transitioned to roles including Junior Specialist in HR Development, and later held internships at adidas and GfK specifically focusing on HR services. Experience at Sanofi included participating in an HR Graduate Program, managing HR projects for the Consumer Healthcare business unit, and serving as a Reward & Performance Partner. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule Mainz and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg, supplemented by international studies at ISCTE in Lisbon.
