Rick Troiani

Rick Troiani is the Director of Omni-Channel Engagement Architecture in the Global Digital Division at Sanofi, where they are responsible for the architecture of global multi-channel marketing solutions and large digital implementations. They have led the successful rollout of five eCommerce sites across multiple countries and have expertise in big data solutions and closed-loop marketing. Rick's technical skills include proficiency in Cold Fusion, Java, and various database systems, among others. They hold a BS in Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and are a certified Safe Agile practitioner and Apple Repair Technician. Prior to their current role, Rick served as a Service Manager for both Computer Clinic, Inc. and Lackawanna County, and was an Academic Computing Coordinator at Marywood College. They also served as a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the US Navy aboard the USS Saratoga.
