Robb Solenday

Robb Solenday is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder and President of Sol Consulting from February 2013 to April 2015, Robb worked with startups on HR function creation and management. Following that, Robb served as Head of HR for Linde's Electronics and Premium Products division from April 2015 to August 2017, managing HR activities across multiple sites in the US and China. Prior positions include Site HR Lead at Koppers Inc., Employee and Labor Relations Manager at Pace University, and HR Consultant at Merck, where comprehensive HR strategies were developed for diverse client groups. Currently, Robb is the Human Resources Director at Sanofi, supporting multiple client groups across various locations with a focus on digital and industrial affairs. Robb holds a BA in Psychology from Mercyhurst University and an MA in Labor Relations/Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
