Sam Khela has extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, currently serving as Manager Maintenance & Reliability Engineering at Sanofi Pasteur since January 2012. In this role, Sam utilizes RCM tools, CMMS, predictive technologies, and industry best practices for optimal equipment performance and maintenance strategies. Previously, Sam held various positions at Sanofi Pasteur, including Planner and Shift Leader, and began a career there in 1994 as a Maintenance Engineer/Reliability and progressed through roles such as HVAC Senior Technician and System Technician. Earlier experience includes a position as System Technician at Pocono Medical Center from 1998 to 2003. Sam Khela holds a B.S.
