Samuel Haddon

Samuel Haddon is a multi-faceted Continuous Improvement and Change Management leader currently serving as the Global Customer Facing Effectiveness Lead at Sanofi. They are a member of the Executive Council for Leading Change and possess a proven track record in advising leadership teams, driving enterprise transformational change, and delivering measurable results. Samuel holds a BS from Tufts University and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, alongside their early education at Tabor Academy and Andover High School. With strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills, Samuel is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma R&D, and Quality.
