Sandy Ahern

Sandy Ahern (Smith) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Head of Quality Operations Cluster - Vaccines at Sanofi since July 2018, Sandy previously held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director Quality at Genzyme and various director-level positions at sanofi-aventis over a span of nearly two decades. Sandy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA in International Business from the University of Sunderland.
