Stephane Guédé is currently the Head of Operational Excellence at Sanofi Pasteur, where they lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and drive financial performance across multiple global sites. With a background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, they have held various leadership roles, including Production Director at Federal-Mogul Powertrain and Senior Director for Inventory, Lean & Compliance at Sanofi. Stephane holds a Master's in Industrial and International Purchasing from M.A.I Bordeaux and completed a General Management program at INSEAD. Their extensive experience includes driving transformation programs that significantly improve operational efficiency and productivity.
