Stephane Volle

Stephane Volle has extensive experience in IT Service Management, having served as the Head of IT Service Management Solutions at Sanofi from September 2017 to November 2023. In this role, Stephane managed a variety of solutions including IT Finance management with APPTIO, IT Project and Portfolio management with PLANVIEW, and IT Service Management using SERVICENOW. Prior to this position, Stephane held several roles at Sanofi, including Global Service Manager for Global Application Platforms and ITSM Project Leader, where there was a focus on implementing ServiceNow to enhance IT processes. Early career highlights include managing SAP projects at Sanofi Pasteur, involving compliance and security, as well as Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
