Stephanie B. is currently a Responsable deploiement de la strategie et transformation at Sanofi, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they served as a Change Leader at Manufacturing Excellence and held the position of responsable de production at Sanofi Pasteur from 2007 to 2021, where they managed production of viral and bacterial products and led quality systems. Stephanie also worked as an ingénieur at Beckman Coulter, contributing to the development of a vitamin D dosage kit, and as a consultant at Altran, where they implemented sterilization methods. Stephanie holds two Master's degrees in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), completed in 2004.
