Previously, they held key positions in the biopharmaceutical field, including Biopharmaceuticals Quality Director at GlaxoSmithKline and various roles at Merck Manufacturing Division, where they directed viral vaccine manufacturing and biological quality control. From 2001 to 2008, Susan was the VP of Global Vaccine Quality Operations at Wyeth Biotech, contributing to their advancements in vaccine quality technology. Susan is currently pursuing further education at the University at Albany.
