Thomas Bork

Thomas Bork is currently the Chief Reward and Performance Officer at Sanofi. With an extensive background in human resources, they previously held roles such as SVP Compensation & Benefits at Lafarge and Global Head of Performance and Reward at AXA. Their previous experience includes serving as Deputy Head of Group HR at Voith AG and SVP Reward and International Mobility at Continental. Thomas earned a PhD in Organisation and Management Development and an MBA from Universität der Bundeswehr München, and is currently furthering their education at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale and the Bundesakademie für Sicherheitspolitik.
