Thomas Grenier

Thomas Grenier is the Head of North America, Vaccines at Sanofi, where they lead strategic initiatives and manage the US pediatric vaccines portfolio. They previously served as Global Head of Franchise & Product Strategy and Vice President of Vaccines Global Supply Chain at Sanofi, where they significantly improved supply chain performance. Thomas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Finance from HEC School of Management. Earlier in their career, they were an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and co-headed a consulting group during their time at HEC Creation Conseil. They are passionate about healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and biotech, and have a decade of experience in high-altitude mountaineering.
