Tim Bugbee

Tim Bugbee possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on manufacturing and operational roles. Tim began a career in writing and photography at Transform Online and transitioned to various engineering and leadership positions, including roles at Genetics Institute, Wyeth, Pfizer, and Takeda. Tim's expertise includes upstream supply chain operations, GMP production, and implementing operational excellence principles to enhance efficiency. Tim has held significant leadership positions, such as Director of External Manufacturing at Sanofi and Director of Manufacturing at Pfizer, and has contributed to the development of FDA-approved facilities for multi-product production. A graduate of Brown University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Tim continues to make impactful contributions to the field.
