Tom Mulligan

Tom Mulligan is the Head of Production at Sanofi, where they are currently responsible for developing and executing the implementation plan for the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) and coaching senior leadership and shop floor teams on lean methodologies. With a strong background in Lean Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Tom has previously held roles at Genzyme and Sanofi, focusing on calibration, maintenance supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives. They hold a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and History from the University of Delaware.
