Yan Yee

Yan Yee is an OPEX expert with extensive experience in process improvement and waste reduction through lean and six sigma methodologies. They have previously held roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer at Mondelēz International and Continuous Improvement Lead at RB, where they successfully delivered numerous improvement projects and trained employees in operational excellence tools. Currently, Yan Yee serves as an OE Expert at Sanofi, further applying their skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving. They hold a degree in Food Science with Business Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
