Ying Jin is currently the EBI BP Head for GenMed at Sanofi-Aventis and previously served as Compliance Head for both LianBio and Novartis. With over 10 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, Ying has led teams, implemented compliance programs, and enhanced investigation processes at Eli Lilly China. Prior to this role, Ying held positions at MSD, Deloitte, and KPMG China, where they developed compliance risk assessment criteria and managed various strategic initiatives. Ying holds a Master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China and an MBA from Handelshøyskolen BI.
