Yuwei Chen

Yuwei Chen is a Senior Scientist at Sanofi, focusing on cell line development within the Genomic Medicine Unit and Mammalian Platform. Previously, Yuwei worked as an Associate Scientist III at Biogen, specializing in gene therapy product and process development, and held roles at Merial, A Sanofi Company, where they developed DNA vaccine release assays. Yuwei's experience also includes a tenure as a General User at Argonne National Laboratory, where they characterized allergen structures and contributed to multiple published papers. They earned a Master’s degree in Biology from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science from National Dong Hwa University.
