Zach Geist is a digital experience and human-centered design leader with over 15 years of expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, apps, and devices. They have successfully led digital teams and agile design processes across numerous digital products, showcasing mastery in all UX design practices. Zach is currently the Associate Director of Omnichannel UX CX Design System at Sanofi and has held key positions at Concentric Health Experience and Havas Life New York, where they served as VP of User Experience. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, they also pursued further studies in UX Management and UX Design.
