Rogier van Den Braak

Rogier van den Braak has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Rogier served as the Managing Director of Sanquin Health Solutions Group, overseeing commercial activities and providing diagnostic test services and co-development activities. Prior to that, they were the CFO and Director of Finance at Sanquin, responsible for the safe and efficient blood supply in the Netherlands. Rogier also worked as the Managing Director of New West Health & Innovation District, managing the growth of the life science campus in Amsterdam. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Prothya Biosolutions, Member of the Supervisory Board at ETB-BISLIFE, Treasurer at De Plantijn, Director and Member of the Investment Advisory Board at LSBR, and Non-executive Director at Xenikos B.V. Prior to these roles, Rogier worked as an Audit Manager Accountancy at Gemeente Amsterdam ACAM Accountancy & Advies, providing financial and operational audit services.

Rogier van den Braak completed their postdoctoral accounting program (RA) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 1997 to 2001. Rogier pursued a degree in Business Economics (drs) from the same university from 1991 to 1996. Prior to this, they attended RSG Wiringherlant from 1985 to 1991. In 2017, they participated in the Executive Leergang 'The New CFO' at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, they completed the Leergang 'De nieuwe Toezichthouder in Zorg & Welzijn' at NVTZ Academie.
