Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business initiatives and product management. As the Director of Business Initiatives at Sansio since December 2021, O'Neill focuses on identifying and developing new business growth opportunities while tracking emerging markets and trends. Prior to this, O'Neill held various roles at Stryker from August 2017 to December 2021, including Product Manager for HealthEMS, where responsibilities included executing product strategy and collaborating with customers and R&D. O'Neill's career began at Sansio in 1997, where roles evolved from technical development to leadership, and included significant contributions to the acquisition and integration processes during mergers and organizational changes. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an Associate of Arts degree from Mesabi Community College.
