Cindy Ohlson is currently the Automation Team Lead at Santam, where they head two automation capabilities: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Decision Automation. Their career began in project management, where they excelled in planning and executing successful projects, leading to a pivotal transition into automation. Cindy structured the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), significantly expanding the automation team from 4 to 16 members within four years. Prior to their role at Santam, they worked as a Programme Coordinator at Direct Axis and held various positions in project administration and coordination across multiple companies. Cindy completed their matric at South Peninsula High School in 2003.
