Richard Settle

Richard Settle is an experienced C-suite leader currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Board Member at Santander International since 2020. They have held significant roles in various financial institutions, including Chief Risk Officer at Euroclear UK & Ireland and Deutsche Bank, where they also served as Managing Director. Prior to their executive roles, Richard worked at Citi as Co-Head of EMEA FI Credit Risk, managing a substantial credit risk portfolio. Additionally, they are a member of the Risk & Audit Committee at Community Savings Jersey since 2022 and are a qualified Chartered Accountant.
