James Rega is an experienced digital and UX designer with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Beginning as a Freelance Illustrator from April 2005 to July 2012, James developed foundational design skills before moving to RR Donnelley as a Digital and Print Designer and later as a Senior UX & Digital Designer, where team management and project delegation were key responsibilities. At Willis Towers Watson and LIME Global LTD, James focused on UX processes, conducting user research and developing wireframes for complex applications. From May 2017 to present, James has served as Lead UX at Santander UK, contributing to innovative user experiences and design solutions. James also briefly worked as a Digital Designer at The Boston Consulting Group, creating impactful bid presentations and custom solutions. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University for the Creative Arts.
