Joanne Docker has over 15 years of experience in customer service and team management, currently serving as a Customer Outcome Team Manager and formerly as a Customer Service Manager at Santander UK since March 2007. Prior to this role, Joanne worked as a Move Coordinator at Pickfords from January 1998 to October 2002. Joanne completed education at Plantsbrook School from 1992 to 1996 and holds a degree in CeMap 1, 2 & 3 from LIBF.
