Kris Small

Kris Small has a diverse background combining experience in management, finance, and swimming education. As Centre Manager at Delta Force Paintball, Kris successfully managed a team of over 50 staff while increasing annual customer numbers from 7,000 to over 10,000. In the finance sector, Kris held roles at Santander UK, including International Specialist and Relationship Manager, contributing to the launch of the Santander Navigator platform. Additionally, Kris co-founded the Covid Safety Network and has extensive experience in swimming instruction and management, including roles at various swimming clubs and organizations. Education includes a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Financial Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
