Mark Ling

Mark Ling is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in trade and working capital solutions. Currently serving as Head of Trade & Working Capital and Head of International Large Corporate at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial since April 2014, Mark is responsible for business origination in the UK Corporate segment, focusing on innovative trade solutions, international payments, supplier payments, and foreign exchange. Prior experience includes leading teams at Royal Bank of Scotland in trade and supply chain finance roles and managing supply chain banking projects at Standard Chartered Bank, both in Europe and Singapore. Mark began his career at Standard Chartered Bank as a management trainee and has held various positions over the years, demonstrating a strong trajectory in corporate banking and relationship management. Mark holds an education from Nailsea School and the University of the West of England.
