Stephen Ryan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in regulatory and liquidity reporting. Currently serving as Head of Liquidity Reporting at Santander UK since April 2022, Stephen previously held multiple leadership roles at Santander UK plc, including Head of Regulatory Reporting, UK FATCA Programme Manager, Head of FATCA & Common Reporting Standard, and Tax Compliance Manager from January 2010 to March 2024. Prior experience includes Corporate Tax Manager positions at Gala Coral Group and Ernst & Young, along with earlier experience as a Corporate Tax Senior at Ernst & Young. Stephen holds a BSc Hons in Ecology from the University of Leeds, attained between 1991 and 1994.
