Jonathan Watson

Jonathan Watson, CFA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Santander US, where responsibilities include oversight of management reporting, forecasts, strategic planning, and budgeting, alongside consulting with executive teams on financial matters. Previously, Jonathan led the development and implementation of stress testing systems as the Director and CCAR Lead at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Sovereign Bank as the Head of Cost Management and Procurement, overseeing a $2.2 billion expense budget, and as Retail MIS/Finance Director, in addition to positions at The Mentor Network, Digitas, Inc., and the Massachusetts State Treasurers Office. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
