Named for the Sanskrit word meaning 'in harmony with', Santani realizes a profound truth: in our fast-paced world, stress has evolved from an occasional challenge into a universal condition. Founded by Vickum Nawagamuwage, Santani addresses what he identifies as humanity's greatest modern challenge—an "evolutionary mismatch" between our ancient biological design and the relentless pace of contemporary life.

At its heart, Santani believes today's wellness crisis isn't about individual weakness, but about human adaptation struggling to keep pace with rapidly changing lifestyle demands. Rather than treating symptoms, we focus on rapid human evolution across three essential dimensions: physical, mental, and spiritual fitness.
