Michael Hoffman

Michael has decades of experience in scaling and growing businesses. Prior to joining Santé Ventures, he co-founded Palamon Capital Partners, served as a Partner of Warburg Pincus, and was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Co., Booz Allen Hamilton and Arthur D. Little.

Michael is Chairman of Hoffman Ventures Limited and the International Board of Advisors at The University of Texas at Austin. He is an Advisory Board Member at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, a Member of the New York Council on Foreign Relations, and a Trustee of The Philharmonia Orchestra. He was a Board Member at The Royal Shakespeare Company and a Founding Director of The Shakespeare Globe Theatre.

Michael earned his MBA from Harvard University, his MA in international economics from Columbia University, and his BA, cum laude, from the University of Texas.
