Philippe Boutaud

Philippe Boutaud possesses extensive experience in corporate governance and executive leadership, currently serving as a Conselheiro at Qualis Nutrição Animal since May 2024 and as a Conselheiro/consultor in Governance at Leal - Equipamentos de Proteção since October 2010. Previous roles include Conselheiro/consultor in Governance at Meta Industria De Calcados from June 2022 to November 2023 and Business Owner at Proboard Corporate Governance from January 2011 to November 2023. Philippe also co-managed Distrito Ventures, a startup investment fund, from December 2015 to December 2016, and was the Managing Partner at A2Z Consultores from January 2011 to February 2015.
