The inception of Santonero's construction and architecture was driven by the aspiration to achieve a harmonious blend of minimalism, fusing modernity with tradition. Drawing inspiration primarily from the ancient city of Akrotiri, our vision materialized into a space where the interior seamlessly aligns with the Caldera and its breathtaking natural surroundings.

The concept of Santonero, inspired by the Greek words "San to Nero," translating to "Like Water" is deeply rooted in the hotel's immersive setting. Every architectural element and aesthetic detail has been designed to evoke a sense of liquid elegance, where the hotel becomes a fluid extension of the surrounding sea. This unique approach aims to create an unparalleled experience of tranquility and relaxation, ensuring that every stay is synonymous with the soothing embrace of water.
