Santoro Law Group was founded in 2022 with a primary emphasis on client service and value creation above all else.  Our objective is to be part of our client’s team, working side-by-side in the trenches to achieve their commercial real estate goals while protecting them from liability.  Never an obstacle or necessary evil; rather, we are business-minded attorneys whose primary focus is getting the deal done. 

Our sights are set on the long-term and as such, we seek to foster deep business relationships on the foundation of trust.  Our aim is not to generate the highest bill possible by churning the file.  Instead, we work with the best interests of our client in mind in order to get things done as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. We understand that working with a client for years and years is more rewarding than squeezing the most profit out of a single deal. 

Knowing that time kills all deals and not all parties will not move as quickly as we all would like, drives us to be responsive, expeditious and diligent. We want to understand client timelines so deals can be completed promptly.
