Andrew Smart possesses extensive experience in naval architecture and offshore project management, beginning with a role at SBM Offshore as a Naval Architect and advancing to key positions such as FPSO Construction Manager and Hull Superintendent on multiple projects. Subsequent roles included Hull Delivery Manager and Marine Technical Authority at Premier Oil, followed by Hull Delivery Manager for the Barossa FPSO at Santos Ltd. Andrew's educational background includes a Master's degree in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, achieved with first-class honors, and an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from Edinburgh Business School, completed in 2020.
