Jim Young is a seasoned petroleum engineer with extensive experience in production and reservoir engineering across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer at Oil Search Limited since February 2020, Jim previously worked for the Alaska Department Of Natural Resources, where efforts focused on maximizing the state’s revenue from oil and gas resources. Prior roles include Senior Reservoir Engineer at Hilcorp, where Jim identified and implemented projects in mature offshore operations, and various engineering positions at BP, contributing to significant production enhancements and leading technology initiatives. Jim's career began at Arco Alaska, advancing through a range of field and production engineering roles.
