Luke Morris

Luke Morris is an accomplished Senior Staff Drilling Engineer at Santos Ltd, specializing in Offshore Drilling and Completions since May 2020. Currently, Luke leads the Halyard-2 subsea development well and has played a crucial role as the sole engineer for the Bayu-Undan CCS Project, conducting detailed integrity reviews and risk assessments. Previously, Luke managed the migration of drilling operations reporting systems while overseeing personnel for the Barossa Project during tenure at ConocoPhillips. With extensive experience in drilling engineering roles across multiple companies, including Woodside Energy and Shell, Luke has demonstrated expertise in well design, project management, and operational improvements. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University.
