Mark Hodgkinson is an experienced professional in operational excellence within the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at Santos Ltd since December 2020. In this role, Hodgkinson oversees all SAP-related improvement programs for the PNG Business Unit to maximize the benefits of SAP in operations. Prior to this position, Hodgkinson was self-employed as a Senior Consultant and worked for Bahrain Petroleum Company from September 2010 to March 2020, contributing to the company's operational excellence initiatives. Hodgkinson also held various roles at Caltex Australia from January 2004 to June 2012, including OE Manager and Quality, Environmental, Safety and Risk Manager, focusing on business improvements and operational efficiency.
