Norma Stanley

Norma Stanley has extensive experience in the finance and accounting sector, particularly in project controls and management within the oil and gas industry. Since July 2006, Norma has held various positions at Santos Ltd, including JV Accounting Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, with responsibilities encompassing financial reporting, cost management, and support between finance and engineering teams. Prior roles include oversight of oil inventory and payroll processing, as well as maintaining fixed asset registers. Prior to Santos, Norma served as Senior Accountant at World Vision, managing grant financial reporting and account reconciliations across multiple projects. Norma is an Associate Member of CPA Papua New Guinea and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from PNG University of Technology.
