Steven Lambe is an experienced professional in the petroleum engineering and drilling industry, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Drilling and Completions at Santos Ltd since January 2023 and as Managing Director of KSLambe Services, LLC since March 2021. With a robust background at bp from 2005 to 2021, Steven has held various leadership roles including Wells Superintendent and Wells Operations Manager, providing technical and operational expertise across multiple regions, including offshore Mexico, Azerbaijan, and Trinidad. Steven's specialties encompass wells engineering, risk management, project management, and incident investigation, complemented by a strong focus on optimizing drilling operations and contract management.
