Chen Zhanglong

Chen Zhanglong is an AVP of VCO and HR at Sany India, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior HR Manager and General Manager of Overseas HR, contributing significantly to the company's human resources strategy. Chen's career at Sany Group included a role as Marketing Support Manager for SANY Heavy Machinery Overseas Marketing Co. Chen is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in HR at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they also completed an earlier Executive MBA in HR from 2006 to 2010, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
