Hope Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various leadership and executive roles. Currently, they are the Global Head of Solution Advisory and Global Head of Presales at SAP SuccessFactors, where they are responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver market-differentiating customer demonstration experiences. Prior to joining SAP, they worked at SAP.iO as a member of the Go-To-Market Advisory Council.

Hope also served as the CEO of Jigsaw Cloud Inc. from 2018 to 2019, leading the company's operations and growth initiatives. Hope was appointed as the Chief Customer Officer at Aasonn, a human capital management professional services firm, where they played a crucial role in the company's turnaround and restructuring. Before this, they worked at Dorman Products as the Vice President of Global Talent Management, overseeing talent acquisition and administration on a global scale.

Hope then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland in 2013-2014. Additionally, Hope Bailey holds a certification as an Insights Discovery Accredited Practitioner from Insights.
