Jonathan Percy

Jonathan Percy is a seasoned corporate and in-house lawyer with extensive experience across various business sectors, including e-commerce, property, tech, media, and private equity. They have served as General Counsel for multiple companies, including Zoa and Realty Corporation Ltd, and have held significant roles as Chief Legal Officer at Chainlify and Co-Founder at Esya. With a background in company law, Jonathan focuses on providing business-oriented legal solutions, advising on M&A transactions, corporate governance, and operational matters. They are currently General Counsel for SAPI, Kaluza, and involved in various entrepreneurial initiatives such as BizzFest. Jonathan holds degrees from the University of York and BPP Law School, where they completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course with commendation.
