Avinash Khadse has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Avinash began their career in 2004 as a Hardware Engineer at Micro Data Systems in Pune. Avinash then moved to JANKA SERVICES as a Service Engineer in 2005. In 2007, they joined Shro Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a System Administrator and Team Lead, and was later promoted to Team Lead Support and Hardware and Networking Engineer. In 2011, Avinash joined Sapience Analytics and held various roles, including Senior Customer Support Engineer, Technical Lead Engineer - Customer Support, Asst. Manager Technical Support, and Manager Technical Support. In their most recent role as Senior Manager - Product Support, Avinash focused primarily on the Sapience Product Support, managed the Customer Centre, Ticketing Queue, and built the Knowledge Base. Avinash also conducted product trainings and regularly produced the support KPI's. Avinash was also responsible for leading Department Scrum and setting the Priorates to address the Customers' needs.
Avinash Khadse attended Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management. Avinash also obtained the ITIL v3 certification from EXIN in March 2015 and the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in October 2006.
