Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor at Toonimo and an Advisory Board Member at Sapience, O'Donnell previously held significant positions at MetLife, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, as well as Interim Head of Global Technology & Operations. O'Donnell has a proven track record in developing global technology strategies, managing large teams, and executing substantial budgets, significantly transforming technological infrastructure and operational efficiencies in various roles. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at N8 Identity Inc. and Chief Technology Officer at RBC, where O'Donnell drove strategic initiatives that led to significant cost savings and enhanced operational performance. O'Donnell's education includes an Advanced Management Program at Harvard University and a degree in Computer Systems Technology from Mohawk College.
