Sapiens v2 understand that retail is detail: decision-makers are awash with complex, manual inventory processes, and untenably large data records, to get the right stock in the right store at the right time to meet demand. It's overwhelming. There isn’t the manpower to do each task justice, and the human brain can’t cope with the complexity. It costs not just in lost time, but in lost sales from getting the stock wrong – millions a year for most retailers.

All inventory decisions are predicated on foreknowledge of what will sell, where, and when, so we built our proprietary, A.I. (deep learning) technology, “Stock Seer”, to provide exactly this capability. 

Accurate sales forecasts, across flexible time windows, underpinned by state-of-the-art algorithms, drive decisions for every SKU, at every store, at every stage of the stock lifespan. Built from the ground up, Stock Seer is also economical, linking seamlessly with retail ERPs and accessible to multi-store retailers in a wide band of turnovers.

Our technology is already “proven” (and continues to see improvements and extensions through R&D), having saved each of valued clients the order of millions, by virtue of massive reductions in working capital and missed sales.

At present, we are concentrated on deep-learning and reinforcement-learning. Our flagship project, which we began (way back!) in mid-2018, is an autonomous stock allocation solution for the general retail chain.
